GE recently partnered with the Hawaiian Electric Company and the Hawaiian Natural Energy Institute at the University of Hawaii, with help from the U.S. Department of Energy’s National Renewable Energy Laboratory, on the Oahu Wind Integration Study, described in this infographic.

    I would have thought that Hawaii would be more like Iceland in renewable energy. Geothermal should be the answer there.
