All the information regarding the Wells notice etc is out there. No big deal this is not an Enron situation in any way. We need an honest answer not alot of spin if you want us to believe anything we see on this site in the future. I worked for Ge for over 35 years and heard all about GE Intergity--had to go to classes and sign statements about following procedures. Now it is time for GE management to "manup". i think stockholders deserve a clear plain talk statement from GE about what they did that caused the SEC action and what steps made to prevent it happening again.
