GE showcases “Early Health” at RSNA

GE Healthcare’s “Early Health” technologies are on display this week at the 2008 Radiological Society of North America (RSNA) Scientific Assembly and Annual Meeting in Chicago. Enclosed in a footprint that looks more like a small city than a trade show booth, GE Healthcare is showcasing over 85 technologies that focus on prevention and pre-symptomatic disease detection rather than current delivery model of diagnosing and treating disease later, after symptoms occur.

Nicknamed the ‘largest medical meeting in the world,’ RSNA brings together more than 60,000 global thought leaders in the healthcare industry to participate in hundreds of course offerings, scientific demonstrations and visit more than 700 technology exhibitors.
