There certainly is a big need to go another direction for the energy needs of the general populace. Oil for a long time has been a cheap way to provide the energy needs of the world but at what cost has it come? The need for oil will not be completely eliminated but there has to be drastic changes to provide the energy needs of the future. I am very new to investing but I was very impressed with the diversity that GE has in providing energy efficiency in the transportation and energy production sectors. Does GE make solar panels for the domestic market? I have interst in equiping my humble abode with solar panels. Thank you for your time. But what happens when European taxpayers get tired of subsidizing expensive wind power? Hopefully, you won't build too much fixed cost into this business...
