I believe, in order to have a full scale Nationwide, Interoperability of EHR/EMR/PHR, we must deploy a Nationwide, Healthcare Business-Driven Network (HBDN) Infrastructure, consisting of all Optical/IP, Multi-Service National TRANSPORT Network Infrastrucutre, using optical Ethernet throughout this National "Network of Networks."
