RSS
Newsfeeds are an easy, automated way to receive up-to-date information without sharing your email address or increasing your volume of email. It also reduces the number of times you have to visit a site, just to check for updates.

The service is also known as RSS, which stands for Really Simple Syndication. It uses underlying technology on Web sites to publish information in a format known as XML. To understand information in the XML, subscribers need to use a news reader. Examples of news readers include Bloglines, Google Reader and My Yahoo.

For a more traditional way to stay connected, you can opt to receive emails every time a post is added to GE reports.

Twitter
Twitter is a free social networking and micro-blogging service that allows its users to send and read other users’ updates (otherwise known as “tweets”), which are text-based posts of up to 140 characters in length. There is a GEreports twitter account that has a “twitter feed,” meaning that after a brief period of time, updates to GE reports are sent to the GE reports twitter account. Anyone viewing the twitter account will then see the latest stories. You can opt to ‘follow’ this GE reports twitter account to receive updates.
