GE Energy just received its largest Jenbacher gas engines order in support of a major rural electrification initiative in Bangladesh. The order, from the Shahjibazar Power Company, is for 32 J620 GS Jenbacher engines and will help improve electricity in rural areas of the country that don’t have reliable transmission grids.
